After doing Andrew's photo shoot, I was able to get some fun images of Leah to finish up the roll of film. I love, love, love her energy, facial expressions and personality. Only Leah can pull off a summer dress in the middle of this cold, Michigan winter we're having!
Images taken with the Nikon F100, Nikkor 85mm f/1.8D lens and Fuji Natura 1600 film.

Baby Andrew.
We welcomed a new family member last Friday when my sister gave birth to baby Andrew. He's a very sweet baby and quite handsome. Here are a few photos from their visit today.
Leah can't get enough of him- kissing his feet, knees, elbows and head. She just loves him. When he began to cry today, she was really quiet and focused all of her attention on him. Her facial expressions were very serious and sympathetic to his struggle- it's so nice to see this sensitive side to her. Haley and I spend a lot of time making sure her needs are always met so it seems to be affecting the way she views other people, especially babies.
Images taken with the Fuji X-Pro1, Fujinon 35mm f/1.4 lens and the Fujinon 60mm f/2.4 lens. Also taken with the Nikon F100, Nikkor 85mm f/1.8D lens and Fuji Natura 1600 film.

Leah sings "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star".
Not yet two but full of so much personality. Leah takes a classic lullaby and puts a toddler-twist on it. Here is her version of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star".
