Our master bathroom project, which started at the beginning of Summer, is finally finished. All-in-all, it took approximately 4 weeks for the demo and construction of the bathroom, then an additional month for me to tie up the loose ends. What a difference! Since we saw every step of our bathroom transformation, we never got that "jaw-drop" feeling of seeing it for the first time (like they do in TLC's Property Brothers). I'm glad I took before-and-after photos because I really am shocked at all the work that went into making this bathroom look totally custom.
Some more photos of the finished bathroom.
Below is a list of the upgrades:
Whirlpool bathtub, quartz vanity top with under-mounted sink, all new bathroom hardware/faucets, all new tile, bathtub deck enlarged to fit tub, vanity moved towards tub, class 6 toilet, 4" moulding, 3" crown moulding, wood mirror frame, vanity light fixture, 2 recessed lights added, light switch moved from outside bathroom to inside, frameless/European shower glass, recessed shelf in shower, and new wood blinds.
