I had a fun and busy weekend with some friends visiting from Chicago. We had some drinks (including homemade vodka which I blame for 90% of my problems on Saturday), played Uno, pool and darts and had lots of laughs. Taco Bell at 2:00 am never tasted so good, and "no thank you, nothing more from your delicious drink menu".
It was also 53º F today in Michigan and I loved every minute of it. It's funny how far a little sunshine goes in a state with long winters. The convertibles came out of storage, dogs were walked, people were taking down their Christmas lights and sweeping out their garages. It was glorious! Now if we could just get the rest of this snow melted and leaves on trees, I would be a happy camper... literally!
I also shot some photos for a good friend of mine, Terri. She was able to corral her children up for some family photos. We went to a beautiful park in Clinton Twp. called George George Memorial Park. It was recently erected when the previous golf course sold the property. The whole family was looking great for the shoot and the weather couldn't have been any better.
