Summer Grilling.

Another one of my passions, besides taking photographs, is grilling during the summer. On a fun-factor scale, it rates about an 11 out of 10. This past weekend, I had the honor of cooking up some fantastic ribs for my fiance and dad. I used a recipe from Weber's "Real Grilling" book which involved making my own barbeque sauce, rub seasoning and smoking the ribs for 2 hours with mesquite wood chips.

I have to say, I knocked it out of the ballpark. Here are some photos from my baby-back rib-making experience.

Mmmm... I can't wait to try another recipe real soon!
